First Responders

Today’s law enforcement departments, fire departments, Federal agencies, Medics and other first responders face a number of challenges including recruitment and retention, rising crime rates, budget constraints, evolving cybercrime threats, community trust, technology adaptation, and police accountability. It has never been more vital that employees are healthy and equipped. CTI training classes can provide officers and staff with the tools they need to be successful.Fire Departments deal with issues including: recruitment and retention of qualified personnel, securing adequate funding, firefighter safety, mental health support, adapting to increased training and response demands, and ensuring fair compensation.
